研究目的：

明确基于NGS测序平台囊胚期胚胎植入前遗传学非整体检测（PGT-A）选择性胚胎移植能够提高高龄女性的活产率。  

Objectives of Study：

To testify whether preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) by next generation sequencing (NGS) of blastocysts to select embryos to transfer increase the likelihood of live birth in advanced maternal age.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）不孕年限>=1年
2）38岁= < 年龄 < =42岁
3）第一IVF/ICSI周期
4）有效囊胚>=1枚
5）IVF/ICSI指征：
a.输卵管因素：双侧输卵管堵塞、粘连
b.男方因素：少弱精子症、无精子症
6）基础FSH<12mIU/ml, AMH>0.5ng/ml
7) 18 kg/m2 < BMI < 30 kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

1）period of infertility>1 year
2)38 years = 3) first IVF/ICSI cycle
4) one or more blastcysts
5) IVF/ICSI indications:
a.blocked fallopian
b.male factors:oligoasthenospermia, azoospermia
6) the level of basal serum FSH<12mIU/ml, AMH>0.5ng/ml
7) 18 kg/m2 < BMI < 30 kg/m2

排除标准：

1) 供卵患者；
2) 多囊卵巢综合征患者
3) 患者有明显子宫腔畸形或异常；
4) 输卵管积水；
5) 夫妇双方任何一方染色体核型异常者包括染色体多态性
6) 反复妊娠丢失者(>=2次妊娠丢失包括因绒毛染色体异常引起的流产)
7) 合并症：I型或II型糖尿病；肝肾功能异常；甲状腺功能异常；未控制的高血压；子宫内膜不典型增生或子宫内膜癌；合并子宫肌瘤，子宫腺肌症；子宫内膜异位症；乳腺癌
8) 男方严重少弱精子症、梗阻性无精子症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) oocyte donor
2) polycystic ovary syndrome
3) uterine abnormal
4) hydrosalpinx
5) abnormal karyotype in other of the couple
6) recurrent pregnancy loss (>=2 pregnancy loss)
7) chronic medical conditons: diabetes mellitus, liver disease or dysfunction,renal disease or abnormal renal function, thyroid dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, atypical endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial carcinoma, submucous myoma,endometriosis,adenomyoma, breast cancer
