Patients attending the Infertility clinic at Prince of Wales Hospital and Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.

Inclusion criteria

Patients attending the Infertility clinic at Prince of Wales Hospital and Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.

排除标准：

- patients who are non-Chinese;
- patients who are unwilling to participate;
- patients who have known psychiatric disease(s); patients who have known chronic disease(s)

Exclusion criteria：
