研究目的：

现有NPPV面罩内存在显著死腔效应，易致二氧化碳(CO2)气体重复呼吸。当NPPV治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病等合并CO2潴留患者时，常因面罩内存在较大的死腔气体量，导致显著的CO2重复呼吸和较高的呼气末二氧化碳分压(end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure，PetCO2)，可能进一步加重患者CO2潴留水平，从而影响无创正压通气治疗效果。同时，现有NPPV面罩还面临不能实现独立的可调式呼气末正压(positive end expiratory pressure，PEEP)调节问题、对患者呼出的气体无法过滤的问题以及因无缓冲装置导致患者长时间直接面对持续气流进而感到不适的问题。发明“无创PEEP缓冲正压通气面罩”可使用病床边氧气实现呼气末正压（PEEP）的无创正压通气，改善患者氧合。  

Objectives of Study：

The existing NPPV masks have significant dead space effect, which is easy to cause carbon dioxide (CO2) gas to repeat breathing.When NPPV is used to treat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with CO2 retention, it is often due to the large amount of dead gas in the mask, resulting in significant CO2 repeat respiration and higher END-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure (PetCO2), which may further increase the CO2 retention level of patients, thus affecting the treatment effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.At the same time, existing NPPV masks do not enable independent positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP), do not expiratory of expiratory gas, and do not enable patients to feel uncomfortable because they would like to face continuous expiratory flow for a long time without a buffer.Non-invasive PEEP buffer positive PEEP mask can be used to achieve non-invasive positive PEEP end expiratory pressure (PEEP) using bedside oxygen to improve patient oxygenation.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-70岁患者，男女不限；
2. 肺叶切除手术术后进行面罩吸氧的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-70 years, both male and female.
2. Patients who received face mask oxygen inhalation after lobectomy.

排除标准：

1.有气胸发生可能的患者；
2.有面罩通气困难的患者；
3.未填写知情同意书及不能够准确叙述病情者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pneumothorax
2. Patients with mask ventilation difficulty
3. Fail to fill in the informed consent form and fail to accurately describe the condition.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据录入与管理由上海交通大学医学院转化医学协同创新中心生物统计分析平台负责。为保证数据的准确性，由两名数据录入人员独立进行双份录入，并用Epidata软件进行自动校对，并根据校对结果进行修正。
