研究目的：

本研究选择LMX1A, NKX6-1, PAX1, PTPRR , SOX1, ZNF582这六种基因，分析其在食管鳞状上皮细胞癌癌组织与正常组织中甲基化状态的区别，以期为临床诊断食管鳞状上皮细胞癌提供一种新的检测方法。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we plan to research the DNA methylation level of LMX1A, NKX6-1, PAX1, PTPRR, SOX1, ZNF582 in ESCC tissue andtheir own paracancer tissue.
