检查解脲支原体和人型支原体在不孕不育患者中的表达，并进一步考察其对常用10种抗生素的耐药性，从而为今后临床用药提出指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in infertile male and female outpatients, and to provide medical guidance.

门诊确诊为不孕或不育的男性或女性，且未进行过抗生素治疗

Infertile male and female outpatients, without antibiotic treatment

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者将原始数据即使、完整、正确地录入数据库，采用双人双机录入。之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损失。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Complete and accurate data will be recorded to the database in time by two researchers with two computers respectively. Researchers then compare to databases twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
