研究目的：

结合经颅磁刺激技术检测到的运动诱发电位（TMS-MEP）潜伏期和中枢运动传导时间（CMCT）探讨头针疗法对促进中风患者运动功能恢复的有效性,为临床 治疗提供更优化的治疗方案；并分析头针对其脑功能重塑过程的影响，为临床上头针技术治疗中枢性神经损伤导致的运动功能障碍提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with the latency of motor evoked potential (TMS-MEP) and central motor conduction time (CMCT) detected by transcranial magnetic stimulation, to explore the effectiveness of scalp acupuncture in promoting motor function recovery of stroke patients, To provide a more optimized treatment plan for clinical treatment; and to analyze the influence of scalp acupuncture on the process of brain function remodeling, so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of motor dysfunction caused by central nerve injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①西医诊断标准参照1995年中华医学会第四次全国脑血管病学 术会议修订的(《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》)；中医辨证标准分型参照2002年 颁布的《中药新药临床研究指导原则》。
②年龄＜80岁;
③首次中风并伴有偏瘫，且发病时间在3个月之内;
④患者Brunnstrom运动功能分期均小于Ⅲ期，意识清醒，生命体征平稳者;
⑤已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine refer to the "diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases" revised by the fourth national cerebrovascular disease academic conference of Chinese Medical Association in 1995; and the classification of TCM syndrome differentiation standards refers to the guiding principles of clinical research of new Chinese medicine promulgated in 2002.
② Age < 80 years old;
③ The first stroke was accompanied by hemiplegia, and the onset time was within 3 months;
④ Brunnstrom motor function stage of patients were less than that of stage III, conscious and stable vital signs;
⑤ Those who have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①不符合上述纳入标准;
②合并心、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统、精神病等严重原发性疾病；
③存在颅骨缺损；
④有癫痫病史，现正在使用抗癫痫药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The inclusion criteria were not met;
② Severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and psychosis were complicated;
③ There was skull defect;
④ Those who have history of epilepsy and are using antiepileptic drugs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据系统双人录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The corresponding data system was used for double entry, and then the database was compared twice.
