研究目的：

本项目拟通过对体液蛋白组、代谢组和表观遗传的测量解析，建立与肺癌临床表型相关的多组学多维度数据库，通过人工智能挖掘组学大数据，一方面通过各组学之间的内在关联和通路上的互相验证，寻找更有价值的肺癌早期诊断及预后监测标志物；另一方面，通过各组学联合，构建肺癌的早期诊断以及术后复发预警监测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

By combining the database mining with measurement results of multi-omics feature, such as fluid protein group, metabolism and epigenetic, we wish to achieve the following objectives: firstly, establish multiple omics associated with lung cancer clinical phenotype multi-dimensional database. Then seek more valuable lung cancer early diagnosis and prognosis monitoring markers through exploring the intrinsic connection between each omics to learn and validate each other on the path. And finally, construct a diagnostic and the warning and monitoring model of postoperative recurrence were established by combination of multi-omics biomarkers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 在上海市胸科医院就诊的肺癌患者；
(2) 经组织病理学明确诊断；
(3) 临床TNM分期为Ⅰ-Ⅲa期；
(4) 治疗前在我院接受过CT检查；
(5) 治疗前血液样本已经收集保存。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Lung cancer patients receiving treatment in Shanghai chest hospital;
(2) Diagnose with lung cancer by pathology;
(3) Patients with clinical TNM stage I- IIIa;
(4) underwent chest CT scan before treatment ;
(5) Blood samples have been collected and preserved before treatment.

排除标准：

(1) 既往其他癌症患者；
(2) 有任何远处转移病灶的征象；
(3) 其它原因肺切除者；
(4) 严重合并症，如严重心脏病、肺功能障碍患者；
(5) 既往接受过抗肿瘤相关治疗者；
(6) 研究者认为其不适合参加本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of other malignant tumors;
(2) Patient with distant metastases;
(3) Pneumonectomy for other reasons;
(4) Patients with serious heart disease, lung dysfunction;
(5) Those who have previously received anti-tumor therapy;
(6) The investigator believes that it is not suitable for other situations in this trial.

The gold standard for lung cancer diagnosis currently relies on histopathological detection, and recurrence monitoring currently relies mainly on clinical imaging (such as CT follow-up).
