研究目的：

建立器官移植受体选择专用量表，对移植受者进行量化分级，并证实此量表能够预测病人接受移植的预后。并通过此量表选择移植受者，达到提高移植物长期存活的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a specific scale for the selection and evaluation of transplant recipients, quantitative classification of transplant recipients, to confirm that this scale is able to predict the prognosis of patients who receiving a transplant. Transplant recipients can be selected by this scale to improve long-term graft survival.

纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书 2. 年龄为18～65，性别不限 3. 接受肝、肾移植的病人

Inclusion criteria

1, agree to participate in this study and give informed consent; 2, age 18-65 years old, both male and female; 3,the patient who receive a kidney or liver transplantation

排除标准：

1. 不能配合临床试验人员完成相关检查者 2.其它临床试验人员认为应排除的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. fail to complete the related examinations; 2. other situations that should be excluded into this study.
