研究目的：

通过中西医结合诊治声带白斑的临床研究，形成声带白斑中西医精准诊治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the clinical research on the diagnosis and treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia by combining Traditional Chinese and western medicine, the precise diagnosis and treatment plan of vocal cord leukoplakia by traditional Chinese and western medicine is formed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

中医保守治疗：对于保守治疗组及术后治疗组患者采取中医内外兼治保守治疗。 中医内治： 保守治疗组：化痰散结方，浙贝母、制南星、山慈姑、陈皮、半夏、茯苓、白术、白芍、猫爪草、海蛤壳、木蝴蝶、西青果等。 术后治疗组：补气滋阴活血方，黄芪、桃仁、红花、川芎、地龙、泽泻、生地、石斛、蝉衣、百部、泽兰、威灵仙、麦冬等。 中药煎煮，每日两次，每次250ml。两个月为一疗程，每个月一次喉镜及两个月窄带成像喉镜，随访一年。 中医外治： 在中药内服的基础上+中药熏蒸雾化治疗+穴位注射+微波治疗+针刺。 方药同中医内治，中药熏蒸雾化隔日一次，一个月为一疗程。穴位注射，每周一次，八次为一疗程。微波治疗，每周一次，八周为一疗程。普通针刺，每周一次，八周为一疗程。治疗后随访一年。 手术治疗： 术后对照组：支撑喉镜下声带白斑CO2激光切除术。术后常规宣教，定期电话宣教，术后随访一年。 术后治疗组：手术后一周，配合中医治疗，八周为一疗程。治疗后随访一年。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Conservative treatment of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine: For the patients in the conservative treatment group and the postoperative treatment group, both internal and external conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine are adopted: Conservative treatment group: phlegm fights square, south zhejiang fritillary system star mountain water pack dried tangerine or orange peel pinellia tuckahoe large-headed atractylodes root of herbaceous peony cat's claw wood butterfly west sea clam shell shawl etc. Postoperative treatment group: tonifying qi ziyin huoxue fang, astragalus peach kernel safflower rhizoma ligustici wallichii lumbricus alisma radix rehmanniae caulis dendrobii periostracum cicadae radix stemonae ze LAN clematis root dwarf lilyturf such as Chinese medicine decoction, twice a day, each 250 ml two months for a period of treatment, each month a laryngoscope and narrow-band imaging laryngoscope, two months follow-up a year of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment: On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine internal and + Chinese medicine fumigation atomization treatment + + microwave treatment, acupuncture point injection with the formulas of traditional Chinese medicine cure, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation atomization day once, a month for a course of acupuncture point injection, once a week, eight times for a period of treatment of microwave treatment, once a week, eight weeks for a common acupuncture treatment, once a week, eight weeks for a period of treatment were followed up for one year after treatment 1.2.2 surgery: Postoperative control group: routine education after CO2 laser resection of vocal cord leukoplakia under support laryngoscope, regular telephone education, postoperative follow-up for one year. Postoperative treatment group: one week after operation, combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, follow-up for one year after a course of treatment for eight weeks 

纳入标准：

均符合声带白斑的中西医诊断标准；
病程在3个月-24个月之间；
年龄在18－70岁之间，性别无限制；
患者接受并同意治疗者；
签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All of them meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine for vocal cord leukoplakia.
2. The course of disease ranged from 3 months to 24 months;
3. Between the ages of 18 and 70, there is no restriction on gender;
4. The patient accepts and consents to treatment;
5. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 孕妇及有血液疾病及其他严重系统疾病的患者；
2. 确诊为喉结核、喉梅毒、喉乳头状瘤等其它喉部疾病的患者；
3. 对中药药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women and patients with blood diseases and other serious systemic diseases;
2. Patients diagnosed with other laryngeal diseases such as Adam's apple syphilis of larynx laryngeal papilloma;
3. Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine.
