研究目的：

采用随机、平行、对照的临床研究，将“舒筋通络操”应用于轻度抽动障碍治疗中，评价“舒筋通络操”治疗轻度抽动障碍的临床疗效，观察其有效性，并向相关医院推广,为抽动障碍提供新的治疗思路与方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The randomized, parallel and controlled clinical study was conducted to apply "Shu Jin Tong Luo Exercise" to the treatment of mild tic disorder, evaluate the clinical efficacy of "Shu Jin Tong Luo exercise" in the treatment of mild TIC disorder, observe its effectiveness, and promote it to relevant hospitals, so as to provide new treatment ideas and methods for tic disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合TD诊断标准，且属于轻度（耶鲁评分＜25）；
②年龄6～12岁，男女不限；
③近1月内未用其他方法治疗者；
④愿意在本院门诊接受治疗3月者；
⑤患者家属自愿签订知情同意书者；
⑥中医辨证属外风侵袭、肝风内动型。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the TD diagnostic criteria, and is mild (Yale score < 25);
2. Age 6 ~ 12 years old, male or female;
3. patients who have not been treated by other methods in the past 1 month;
4. Those who are willing to receive treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital for 3 months;
5. The patient's family members voluntarily sign the informed consent;
6. TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the invasion of external wind and internal movement of liver wind.

排除标准：

①有习惯性抽搐、肌阵挛性癫痫、风湿性舞蹈病、肝豆状核变性、脑外伤、脑炎后遗症和其他锥体外系疾病者；
②合并心血管、肝、肾、血液等严重疾病者；
③不能配合治疗或未满规定观察而中断治疗，或资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Habitual convulsions, myoclonic epilepsy, rheumatic chorea, Wilson's disease, brain trauma, encephalitis sequelae and other extrapypyramidal diseases;
2. With cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood and other serious diseases;
3. The patient is unable to cooperate with the treatment or discontinues the treatment without the required observation, or the information is incomplete.
