研究目的：

识别与EMPD密切相关的标志性菌群，为临床筛查和预防提供依据。同时通过菌群与EMPD的相互作用，进一步明确EMPD的发病机制，为临床找到治疗EMPD靶目标提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Identify the iconic flora closely related to EMPD and provide a basis for clinical screening and prevention. At the same time, through the interaction between the flora and EMPD, the pathogenesis of EMPD is further clarified, and it provides a basis for clinically finding the target of treatment of EMPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.术前病例活检证实为原发性EMPD者；
b.能接受相关检查者；
c.签署手术治疗知情同意书者，并得到上海市皮肤病医院伦理委员会批准。
d.年龄为35至85岁，无活动性传染病、血液系统疾病。

Inclusion criteria

a. Preoperative case biopsy confirmed as primary EMPD;
b. Acceptable examination;
c. Signed informed consent for surgical treatment and approved by the Ethics Committee of Shanghai Dermatology Hospital.
d. Age from 35 to 85 years old, no active infectious diseases, blood system diseases.

排除标准：

a.肿瘤继发细菌感染者；
b.有严重的内科疾病或传染性疾病；
c.近期参加其他临床研究；d.数据不完整者

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients with secondary bacterial infections of the tumor; b. Patients with severe medical or infectious diseases; c. Participation in other clinical studies recently; d. Incomplete data
