研究目的：

研究腹腔镜头低位手术期间患者心肌缺血标志物的变化及其与血糖的相关性，以期通过血糖来评估腹腔镜头低位手术期间患者心肌缺血。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the changes of myocardial ischemia markers and their correlation with blood glucose in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with head-down position, so as to evaluate myocardial ischemia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery through blood glucose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、选择择期行恶性肿瘤根治术的患者200例美国麻醉医师协会分级I-III级，男100例，女100例，分别行腹腔镜平卧位/腹腔镜气腹头低位手术，心脏功能正常；同意本研究知情告知内容。

Inclusion criteria

Two hundred patients were selected for radical resection of malignant tumor, with American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I-III, including 100 males and 100 females, who underwent laparoscopic surgery with supine position/laparoscopic surgery with heard-down position, respectively, with normal cardiac function. Agree to the informed content of this study.

排除标准：

术前使用葡萄糖调节药物及肝功能异常；术中使用血管活性药物；存在认知功能障碍及精神病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative administration of glucose-regulating drugs and abnormal liver function;
Intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs;
Patients with cognitive impairment and a history of mental illness.
