研究目的：

目标是根据批准的处方信息，在中国常规临床实践中收集和评估与E/C/F/TAF片剂（捷扶康）或F/TAF片剂（达可挥?）治疗方案的安全性和有效性相关的数据，以及将结果报告给药物不良反应（ADR）监测中心  

Objectives of Study：

To collect and assess data related to the safety and effectiveness of E/C/F/TAF tablet (Genvoya) or F/TAF tablet (Descovy) treatment regimen, per the approved prescribing information, in routine clinical practice in China, and to report the results to Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) center

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拥有中国国籍并居住在中国的患者（12 岁及以上，体重至少 35 kg）
2.根据批准的处方信息，符合资格接受E/C/F/TAF片剂（捷扶康）或F/TAF片剂（达可挥?）治疗的HIV-1型感染的患者
3.患者已获悉本研究的各个方面并自愿签署知情同意书（未满18岁的患者必须获得父母或法定授权代表 - 即法定监护人 -的同意，并已向其告知研究的各个方面）。"

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients (aged 12 years and older with body weights of at least 35 kg) who are Chinese and living in China;
2. Patients with HIV-1 infection eligible for treatment with E/C/F/TAF tablet (Genvoya) or F/TAF tablet (Descovy?) as indicated in the approved prescribing information;
3. Patients who have been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study and have voluntarily signed an informed consent form (patients under 18 years of age must also have signed consent from either parents or a legally authorized representative (i.e., a legal guardian) who has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study)."

排除标准：

1.在中国批准的处方信息范围之外接受 E/C/F/TAF 片剂（捷扶康?）或 F/TAF 片剂（达可挥?）治疗的患者
2.同时参加HIV治疗的临床试验（不测试研究药物的试验除外）的患者
3.具有处方信息中规定的禁忌症的患者
4.计划在研究期间长期离开该国的患者
5.研究者认为患者在至少 48 周的时间内不可能保持接受定期的医疗随访"

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients treated with E/C/F/TAF tablet (Genvoya) or F/TAF tablet (Descovy?) outside of the approved prescribing information in China;
2. Concurrent participation in a clinical trial of HIV treatment (except trials not testing investigational medicinal products);
3. Patients who have a contraindication as indicated under prescribing information:
(1) Patients planning on leaving the country for an extended period during the study period;
(2) Patients deemed by the investigator to be unlikely to maintain regular medical follow-up through at least 48 weeks".
