研究目的：

1.建立具有自主知识产权的多重蛋白数字化检测新方法和检测平台。 2.应用多重生物分子超灵敏检测新平台进行临床研究，筛选出具有临床价值的AD超早期诊断分子标志物，开发AD筛查组套。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a innovative super-sensitive multiprotein digital detection platform 2.The new platform will be applied to screened out molecular markers for AD early diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）受教育水平在小学及以上；
（2）简易精神状态量表（Mini-Mentate state Examination，MMSE）测评：文盲＜17 分，小学＜20 分，中学及以上＜24 分；
（3）符合 NIA-AA 中 AD 的诊断标准
（4）临床痴呆评定量表（Clinical Dementia Rating，CDR）≥ 1 分；
（5）缺血指数量表（Hachinskilnchemic Score，HIS）≤ 4 分；
（6）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD）≤ 7 分；
（7）患者及其家属均知情同意，并自愿签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary school education or above;
2. Mini-Mentate state Examination(MMSE）score:Illiterate<17, primary school education<20, Secondary school degree or above<24 scores;
3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease according to NIA-AA;
4. Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR）>=1;
5. Hachinskilnchemic Score(HIS）<=4;
6. Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD）<=7;
7. The patient and his/her family members gave informed consent and signed the consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）考虑存在其它类型的痴呆，如血管性痴呆、路易体痴呆和帕金森病痴呆等；或存在其它可引起痴呆的中枢神经系统疾患，如脑肿瘤、脑创伤、中枢神经系统炎性或脱髓鞘性疾患，以及正常颅压脑积水等；
（2）存在其它可引起痴呆的系统性疾病；
（3）存在显著的精神疾病（如精神分裂症和严重的抑郁症等），以及酒精滥用或药物使用障碍；
（4）有严重的视力、听力障碍而不能配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The presence of other types of dementia, such as vascular dementia, lewy body dementia, and Parkinson's disease dementia.Or there are other central nervous system diseases that may cause dementia, such as brain tumors, brain trauma, central nervous system inflammatory or demyelinating diseases, and normal cranial pressure hydrocephalus;
(2) other systemic diseases that can cause dementia;
(3) significant psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and severe depression, as well as alcohol abuse or substance use disorders;
(4) serious eyesight, hearing obstacle that cannot cooperate examination.
