研究目的：

明确抗反流支架是否能减少支架置入后反流性胆管炎、延长支架通畅时间，为解除胆道梗阻、改善患者生存质量提供更合理有效的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To make it clear of whether the antireflux plastic biliary stents can redouce the incidence of refluxing cholangitis and prolong stents' patency time. To provide a more rational and effective therapeutic regimen for relieving biliary obstruction and improving patients' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）胆管狭窄；（2）有胆道梗阻的临床表现；（3）年龄≥18岁；（4）无手术禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

(1) biliary stricture;
(2) the manifestation of biliary obstruction;
(3) aged greater than 18 years;
(4) no surgical contraindications.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠；（2）年龄<18岁；（3）既往曾行胆道支架置入、十二指肠乳头切开；（4）合并严重心、肺疾病不能耐受操作者；（5）凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnancy;
(2) ever biliary stents insertion or sphicterectomy;
(3) with severe respiratory and circulatory system disease;
(4) coagulation disorders
