研究目的：

初步评价保济片治疗晕动病(湿浊中阻证)有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Baoji Tablets for preventing motion sickness (turbid dampness stagnation syndrome)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

钩藤、菊花、蒺藜、厚朴、苍术、天花粉、广藿香、葛根、化橘红、白芷、薏苡仁、稻芽、薄荷、茯苓、广东神曲等 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Gouteng(gambir plant nod/Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis)、Juhua (chrysanthemum)、jili(Fructus Tribuli/ puncturevine caltrop fruit)、Houpu(Mangnolia officinalis)、Cangchu(chinese rhizoma atractylodis)、Tianhuafen(Radix Trichosanthis)、Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon cablin)、Gegen(radix puerariae lobata)、Huajuhong(Exocarpium Citri Grandis)、Baizhi(Radix Angelicae Dahuricae)、Yiniren(Semen Coicis/coix seed )、Daoya(Fructus Oryzae Germinatus/ germinated rice-grain )、Bohe(Mentha haplocalyx)、Fuling(Poria cocos)、Guangdongshenqu(Guangdong medicated leaven), et al. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合晕动病的西医诊断标准；
（2）符合中医眩晕湿浊上扰证的证候诊断标准；
（3）年龄在18-50岁之间；
（4）受试者知情同意并签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Conform to the standard of Motion sickness;(2)Conform to the standard of turbid dampness stagnation syndrome of TCM;(3)Aged 18-50 years;(4)Subjects signed written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）严重心、肝、肾、血液系统、内分泌系统等原发性疾病，肿瘤或艾滋病者；
（2）ALT>1.5倍正常参考值上限；血肌酐异常；尿蛋白＞＋；血白细胞＜3.0×109/L或＞10.0×109/L；和/或中性粒细胞(N)分类>80%；
（3）妊娠或准备妊娠妇女，哺乳期妇女；
（4）过敏体质或对本药过敏者；
（5）精神上或法律上的残疾患者；
（6）近3个月内参加其他药物临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Serious primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney and blood system or endocrine system, tumor or HIV;
(2)ALT 1.5 times the upper limit of normal reference values; abnormal blood creatinine;
; blood WBC ＜3.0×109/L or ＞10.0×109/L and/or neutrophil differential count >80%；
(3)Pregnancy or for pregnant women, women in lactation period;
(4)Atopy or allergic to this medicine;
(5)Mental or legally disabled patients;
(6)Participanting in other drug clinical trials within 3 months.
