研究目的：

本课题拟在桥本甲状腺炎患者中，应用疏肝解郁中药开展对桥本甲状腺炎的中医防治。项目以桥本甲状腺炎相关抗体：甲状腺球蛋白作为主要治疗终点，以甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体、甲状腺功能作为次要临床终点，系统观察疏肝解郁中药对桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺球蛋白抗体的降低作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this paper, Hashimoto thyroiditis patients, the use of traditional Chinese medicine to soothe the liver and relieve depression to carry out the prevention and treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis. With Hashimoto thyroiditis related antibody: thyroglobulin as the main treatment end point, thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroid function as the secondary clinical end point, the effect of Chinese medicine to soothe liver and relieve depression on the decrease of thyroid globulin antibody in Hashimoto thyroiditis was systematically observed.

纳入标准：

2.1 符合《中国甲状腺疾病诊治指南》中桥本甲状腺炎的诊断
2.2 中医辩证属于肝郁气滞证
2.3 年龄：18～65岁
2.4 TG≤5mmol/L
2.5 受试者无主要器官的功能障碍，肝、肾、心脏功能正常：天门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）和丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT） ≤3×ULN。肌酐≤1.5ULN。
2.6 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

2.1 Diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in accordance with Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases
2.2 Dialectics of TCM belongs to stagnation of liver qi
2.3 Age :18~65
2.4 TG≤5 mmol/L
2.5 Subjects had no major organ dysfunction and normal liver, kidney and heart function: aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT)≤3 Creatinine ≤1.5 ULN.
2.6 Signature of informed consent

排除标准：

3.1收缩压160mmHg，或舒张压100mmHg的患者；
3.2甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减低患者或甲状腺肿瘤术后激素补充治疗患者；
3.3心肌梗死、心力衰竭或不稳定心绞痛患者；
3.4有卒中史者；
3.5孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
3.6精神疾病患者；
3.7肿瘤患者；
3.8对试验药物或其中组成成分过敏的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

3.1 Patients with systolic blood pressure of 160 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure of 100 mmHg;
3.2 Patients with hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism or postoperative hormone supplementation in patients with thyroid neoplasms;
3.3 Patients with myocardial infarction, heart failure or unstable angina;
3.4 Persons with a history of stroke;
3.5 Pregnant or lactating women;
3.6 Persons with mental illness;
3.7 Cancer patients;
3.8 Patients allergic to test drugs or their components;
