研究目的：

本研究拟检测乳腺癌组织和血清中VEGF-A基因多态性，从更多的突变位点中筛选出有效的生物学标志物，区分各治疗人群，从而筛选出适合联合贝伐单抗治疗的乳腺癌人群，并用于预测联合贝伐单抗治疗进展期乳腺癌的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to detect breast cancer tissue and in serum VEGF - A gene polymorphism, from extract useful biological marker more mutations, distinguish between the treatment groups, so as to select suitable for people with bevacizumab therapy of breast cancer, and is used to predict joint bevacizumab treatment the curative effect of advanced breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 之前未接受化疗的进展期乳腺癌；② 之前接受过内分泌治疗或辅助化疗的进展期乳腺癌；③ 接受紫杉类辅助治疗且已完成疗程（至少12个月间歇期无疾病）者；④ Her-2过表达［免疫组化(＋＋＋)或 Fish试验(＋)］已接受过曲妥珠单抗治疗者。所有入组人群都必须符合ECOG评分0～1分，肝肾及凝血功能未见异常；

Inclusion criteria

1. untreated with chemotherapy of advanced breast cancer;
2. before received endocrine therapy or adjuvant chemotherapy of advanced breast cancer;
3. accept yew kind of adjuvant therapy and treatment has been completed (at least 12 months break no disease);
4. had its ehrs - 2 expression [immunohistochemical (+ + +) or Fish test (+)] has been received by single resistance to treatment. All into the group must meet the ECOG score 0 ~ 1 minute, liver and kidney and blood coagulation function did not see abnormalities.

排除标准：

① 脑转移；② 血压高于150／100 mmHg；③ 不稳定型心绞痛或6个月内有心肌梗塞史或心功能Ⅱ级或更严重的心绞痛；④ 6个月内有卒中或短暂性缺血史；⑤明显的外周血管疾病；⑥出血体质或凝血功能障碍；⑦ 6个月内有消化道穿孔或腹腔内脓肿；⑧之前有无法控制的对单克隆抗体治疗过敏反应史；⑨可切除的局部复发病灶；⑩妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. brain metastasis;
2. blood pressure higher than 150/100 mmHg;
3. unstable angina within 6 months or have a history of myocardial infarction or cardiac function grade II or more severe angina pectoris;
4. has a history of stroke or transient ischemic within six months;
5. obvious peripheral vascular disease;
6. Bleeding constitution or blood coagulation disorders; All landowners with digestive tract perforation or intra-abdominal abscess within six months; Before was unable to control of allergic reactions to monoclonal antibody treatment history; Pet-name ruby resectable lesion local recurrence; Attending a pregnancy.
