Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of Tuina in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝关节骨性关节炎诊断标准；②年龄在50-80岁之间；③WOMAC量表病情分级属轻中度患者；④3天内未使用镇痛药，温热散寒、除痹止痛的中药，以及其他中西医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎或骨痹的相关药物和措施；⑤自愿参加本研究并在知情同意书上签字者。

Inclusion criteria

①Comply with knee osteoarthritis diagnostic criteria;②Age between 50-80 years old;③The WOMAC scale disease classification of patients with mild to moderate;④Without the use of drugs and practices in 3 days, such as analgesics, warm and cold-dispelling Chinese herbs, eliminate paralysis and pain Chinese herbs, as well as other Chinese and Western medicine and practices in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis;⑤Voluntarily participated in the study and informed consent form.

排除标准：

①急性半月板损伤、周围韧带断裂损伤、风湿、类风湿性关节炎、膝关节周围肿瘤、结核病、膝关节特发性骨坏死；②合并有严重心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统疾病、血友病及其他出血性疾病、精神病、妊娠、哺乳期妇女；③使用心脏起搏器者。④研究者认为不宜入选本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Acute meniscal injury，acute ligament rupture, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis,Cancer, tuberculosis around the knee,knee idiopathic osteonecrosis;②Associated with serious cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, hemophilia and other bleeding disorders, mental illness, pregnancy, breast-feeding women;③Pacemaker patients;④The patients that the researchers think should not be selected for the test.
