研究目的:

1、筛选与宫颈癌发生密切关系的特异CDR3,分析CDR3免疫多样性与不同宫颈病变间的关系。 2、筛选与HPV持续感染及CIN1进展密切相关的特异CDR3,评价CDR3免疫多样性D50作为生物标记物预测HR-HPV持续感染和CIN1风险潜力。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Screen the specific CDR3 closely related to the occurrence of cervical cancer, and analyze the relationship between CDR3 immune diversity and different cervical lesions. 2. Screen the specific CDR3 closely related to the persistent HPV infection and the progression of CIN1, and evaluate the CDR3 immune diversity D50 as a biomarker to predict the risk potential of persistent HR-HPV infection and CIN1.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、年龄在30-64周岁的妇女;
2、签署知情同意书;
3、非孕期妇女;
4、无宫颈手术史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged 30 to 64 years;
2. Sign informed consent;
3. Non-pregnant women;
4. No history of cervical surgery.

排除标准:

不符合上述任何入选条件之一者。

Exclusion criteria:

Those who do not meet any of the above inclusion criteria.
