评估自主研发的高压陡脉冲治疗仪用于肝脏实体瘤消融的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of high voltage and steep pulse therapeutic apparatus for solid tumor ablation of liver

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄在18-70岁之间，性别不限；
（2）临床和影像诊断为肝脏恶性肿瘤；
（3）肿瘤最大径≤4cm，病灶数目≤3个；
（4）ECOG评分≤2分；
（5）预期生存期＞6月
（6）受试者自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-70 years, male or female;
(2) The diagnosis of HCC or other cancers with hepatic metastatic with CT scan or dynamic contrast enhanced MRI;
(3) tumor size must be≤4cm,There are at least one tumor, but less than or equal to 3 tumors;
(4) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score of 0-2;
(5) Life expectancy of at least 6 months;
(6) Prior Informed Consent Form.

排除标准：

（1）伴有菌血症、毒血症等严重感染性疾病;
（2）严重凝血功能障碍者;
（3）患有严重的心、脑、肺等疾病者;
（4）患者体内存在植入的心脏起搏器或除颤器、电子设备与金属零件
（5）有癫痫病史的患者
（6）心律失常的患者
（7）6月内发生过急性心肌梗死的患者
（8）妊娠及哺乳期妇女以及一年内计划怀孕者；
（9）入组前3个月内参加过任何药物和/或医疗器械的临床试验者；
（10）研究人员认为存在任何不适合入选或影响受试者参与研究的其它因素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) accompanied by severe infectious diseases such as bacteremia and toxemia;
(2) people with severe coagulation dysfunction;
(3) people with serious heart, brain, lung and other diseases;
(4) any active implanted device (eg pacemakers or defibrillators, electronic devices and metal parts);
(5) patients with a history of epilepsy;
(6) patients with arrhythmia;
(7) patients with acute myocardial infarction within 6 months;
(8) women who are pregnant and lactating women or women of child-bearing potential who are not using an acceptable method of contraception;
(9) have received treatment with an investigational agent/ procedure within 30 days;
(10) the researchers believe that there are any other factors that are not suitable for inclusion in the study or that affect the participants' participation in the study.
