研究目的:

①探索以语言前基础技巧为基础的进行语言训练对精神发育迟滞儿童语言功能的临床疗效及其具体应用 ②分析以语言前基础技巧为基础的语言训练在精神发育迟滞儿童中的可行性,并初步制定流程及具体操作细则。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the clinical effect and specific application of language training based on pre language skills in children with mental retardation 2. To analyze the feasibility of language training based on pre language basic skills in children with mental retardation, and initially formulate the process and specific operation rules. One

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

①评估前与患儿建立良好互动关系,争取其良好的配合度; ②对患儿分别进行Gesell量表和语言前基础技巧能力评估,并做好记录; ③对两组患儿月评,根据评估结果,进行训练方案的调整,并做好进展记录; ④疗程结束后,对患儿进行末评,记录进展情况; ⑤总结分析两组患儿的首评、末评、月评结果,分析进行相同的治疗时间,何组患儿疗效更明显; 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

1. Establish a good interactive relationship with the children before evaluation, and strive for their good cooperation; 2. Gesell scale and pre language basic skills were assessed and recorded; 3. Evaluate the two groups of children monthly, adjust the training program according to the evaluation results, and make progress records; 4. After the course of treatment, the final evaluation was made and the progress was recorded; 5. Summarize and analyze the results of the first evaluation, final evaluation and monthly evaluation of the two groups of children, and analyze the same treatment time, which group of children has more obvious curative effect. 

纳入标准:

①经严格的诊断评估,符合精神发育迟滞的诊断标准;
②伴有言语发育迟缓者;
③年龄0-6岁;
④患儿无精神发育迟滞遗传史和家庭史;
⑤患儿家长同意并能配合治疗达6个月者,同时签署知情同意书者;

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of mental retardation by strict diagnostic evaluation;
2. Subjects with speech retardation;
3. Subjects aged 0-6 years;
4. There was no genetic and family history of mental retardation;
5. The parents of the child agree and can cooperate with the treatment for 6 months, and sign the informed consent at the same time;

排除标准:

①合并其它精神疾病及脏器功能障碍;
②患有听力障碍患者;
③患儿口部运动严重障碍者;
④患儿家长未签署知情同意书,不合作及治疗时间不足6个月者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other mental diseases and organ dysfunction;
2. Patients with hearing impairment;
3. Severe mouth movement disorder;
4. The parents did not sign the informed consent, did not cooperate and the treatment time was less than 6 months;

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

先在SPSS20.0 统计软件中依次编写好编号1~60 的SPSS 数据文件,通过SPSS20.0 统计软件的随机数字生成器,随机种子为默认值2000000,产生随机数字,对随机数字进行编秩后,按随机数字秩次从小到大进行升序排列,规定1~30 归入第一组,30~60归入第二组。根据纳入标准及排除标准将符合条件的60个受试者按入组时间先后顺序依次编号(1~60),并按编号随机分组。SPSS20.0 产生的随机数字表由不参与治疗或评定的专人保管。对符合上述入组条件的受试者根据此随机方法分成试验组和对照组。

According to the rank order of random Numbers, the ascending order is arranged from small to large, stipulating that 1~30 belong to the first group and 30~60 belong to the second group.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and randomly grouped by number.
