研究目的：

本实验目的是评估儿童短小腹腔镜手术在有肌松剂和无肌松剂情况下的手术条件评分，揭示两种情况下的手术条件评分是否有差别。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the operative condition score of children with and without muscle relaxants for short-lasting laparoscopic surgery, and to reveal whether there was a difference in the operative condition scores between the two conditions.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：0-12岁ASA I-II级的腹腔镜下疝囊搞扎的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged between 0 and 12 years;
2. undergo laparoscopic repair for single-sided inguinal hernia or communicating hydrocele;
3. ASA I-II.

排除标准：

1.近期有上呼吸道感染患儿；
2.有心血管疾病患儿；
3.有发育迟滞患儿；
4.气管插管患儿

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with recent upper respiratory tract infection;
2. Children with cardiovascular disease;
3. Children with developmental retardation;
4. Children with tracheal intubation.

术前一天由专人根据纳入和排除标准收集60例研究对象。由手术的时间的先后顺序排列，60例患儿的编号为1-60号，从随机数字表中任意选择起始数，现将从第5行第5列开始向右的随机数按随机数除2后余数分组的分类。如果两组的例数不相等，将继续查随机数字表，根据下一个随机数字来调整，从而确定患儿的分组，并用信封将该患儿的分配表保存好（分配表1为对照组和实验组，分配表2记为A组、B组和C组）。 如：编号 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 随机数 59 38 54 43 54 44 46 22 31 30 43

One day before surgery, 60 subjects were collected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. According to the sequence of operation time, the 60 children were numbered 1-60, and the starting number was selected from the random number table.
