研究目的：

评估胃转流术治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To observe gastric bypass treatment effectiveness of obesity with type 2 diabetes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①2型糖尿病患者；②性别不限；③年龄在18-65岁；④BMI≥24.0kg/m2；⑤糖尿病病程≤5年；⑥糖化血红蛋白≥7.0%；⑦自愿行胃转流术依从性好的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①Type 2 diabetes
②Sex is not limited
③Aged 18-65 years old
④BMI >= 24.0kg/m2
⑤=< 5 years duration of diabetes
⑥Glycosylated hemoglobin >= 7.0%
⑦vulantarily participated into the trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①1型糖尿病；②妊娠期糖尿病；③其他特殊类型糖尿病；④BMI不达标的2型糖尿病；⑤严重肝肾功能不全的患者；⑥具有糖尿病并发症（如糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病胃轻瘫等）；⑦胃镜检查提示有糜烂性胃炎及胃溃疡等胃部疾病患者；⑧肿瘤、HIV、梅毒等患者；⑨依从性差，不能配合医生长期随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Type 1 diabetes
②Gestational diabetes
③Other special types of diabetes
④BMI less than 24.0kg/m2
⑤Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction
⑥With diabetic complications (such as diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic gastroparesis, etc.)
⑦Gastroscopy suggestive of erosive gastritis and peptic ulcer and other stomach diseases
⑧Cancer, HIV, syphilis and other patients
⑨Poor compliance, doctors can not cope with long term follow up of patients.
