研究目的：

本研究拟建立较大规模的AD患者临床队列，系统分析AD患者临床表型、分子表型和肠道/皮肤菌群特征，探索中国汉族人群AD患者的临床表型和生物学表型的规律。同时结合Dupilumab在治疗AD上的临床应用，研究Dupilumab治疗AD的疗效与临床/分子/菌群表型的相关性。本研究预期将首次揭示中国汉族人AD患者的临床和分子表型，获得Dupilumab治疗AD的精准医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a large-scale cohort of atopic dermatitis, and systematically analyze the clinical and molecular phenotypes and the intestinal/skin flora of AD patients in Chinese Han population. And to explore the correlation between the efficacy of Dupilumab for AD and the clinical/molecular/flora phenotype. This study is expected to reveal the clinical and molecular phenotypes of AD patients in Chinese Han population for the first time, and obtain the evidence of precisional therapy for Dupilumab in the treatment of AD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合AD的临床诊断标准(日本医学会指南2016版)：a.瘙痒；b.典型表现和分布的皮损；c.慢性或慢性复发病程；可合并或不合并过敏性鼻炎和/或哮喘；
②年龄≥2周岁，≤80周岁，性别不限，汉族；
③对研究的目的和内容知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for AD (Japanese guidelines for atopic dermatitis 2016), 1) pruritus, 2) typical morphology and distribution of the eczema, and 3) chronic or chronically relapsing course.
2.Age from 2 to 80 years, male or female, Chinese Han population.
3.Patients are able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有其他皮肤疾病，如银屑病、白癜风、红斑狼疮等；
2.患有自身免疫性疾病，如类风湿性关节炎等；
3.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
4.寄生虫感染；
5.有严重系统性疾病或恶性肿瘤病史者；
6.近1月有参加其它临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other skin diseases, such as psoriasis, vitiligo, lupus erythematosus.
2.Patients with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
3.Pregnant or lactating women.
4.Parasitic infection.
5.A history of severe systemic disease or malignant tumor.
6.Participated in other clinical trials in the past month.
