分析吡咯替尼在真实世界中的疗效和安全性,探索与吡咯替尼疗效相关的甲基化位点。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to analyze the efficacy and safety of pyrotinib in the real world and explore the methylation sites associated with the efficacy of pyrotinib.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经组织病理学证实的术后复发转移或确诊时无法手术的Ⅳ期 HER-2 阳性乳腺癌患者，HER-2 阳性乳腺癌的定义为原发灶或转移灶组织标本免疫组织化学HER-2为3+或荧光原位杂交技术检测 （fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH）为+；
（2）患者年龄为 18~80 岁；
（3）按照实体肿瘤的疗效评价标准（response evaluation criteria in solid tumors, RECIST 1.1），至少有1个可测量的病灶； （4）美国东部肿瘤协作组 （Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group，ECOG）体能状态评分≤2；
（5）预计生存期≥3 个月；
（6）重要脏器功能基本正常，化疗前血常规以及肝肾功能检查基本正常，无治疗禁忌证。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with stage IV HER2 positive breast cancer confirmed by histopathology as recurrent metastasis or inoperable at the time of diagnosis were defined as the primary or metastatic focus. Immunohistochemical HER-2 = 3 + or fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was used to detect HER-2 positive breast cancer
(2) 18-80 years old;
(3) According to the response evaluation criteria in solid tumors （RECIST 1.1） with at least one measurable lesion; (4) ECOG ≤ 2;
(5) Expected survival time ≥ 3 months;
(6) Basic normal function of important organs, blood routine test and liver and kidney function test before chemotherapy, without treatment contraindication.

排除标准：

1）怀孕，哺乳期女性；
2）不能理解本研究或未能签署知情同意书的患者；
3）不能获得随访资料的患者；
4）研究者认为其他不适合入组本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or lactating women.
2) Patients who cannot understand this study or fail to sign an informed consent form.
3) No traceable medical record available.
4) Other patients who are not suitable for this study under investigators' consideration.
