研究目的：

观察大豆甙元干预对不同雌马酚代谢表型的女性绝经后骨质疏松症的效应差异  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of daidzein supplement on postmenopausal osteoporosis in equol and non-equol producer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

大豆甙元 纯度为99% 大豆分离蛋白 纯度为90%，大豆异黄酮含量为0.014%。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

daidzein purity: 99% isolated soy protein purity: 90%, including 0.014% of isoflavones 

纳入标准：

40~65岁、绝经1年以上的自然绝经女性；存在骨量减少或骨质疏松。

Inclusion criteria

40~65 years, postmenopausal women who was natural menopause for more than 1 year and diagnosed as osteopenia or osteoporosis.

排除标准：

①目前正在服用甲状旁腺激素、接受雌激素替代治疗、或其他针对骨质疏松的治疗。②最近一年内服用过甲状旁腺激素 或二膦酸盐，或者近半年内接受过雌激素替代治疗。③患有除骨质疏松以外的其他骨代谢疾病或者可能的骨代谢异常，或骨折史。④有雌激素依赖性肿瘤及肿瘤家族史。⑤患有胃肠道疾病，冠心病，各种严重的慢性疾病或肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤的患者。⑥近一个月内曾患有急慢性感染性疾病、外伤或手术。⑦食用大豆过敏者。⑧依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. women who were treated with parathyriod hormone, estrogen replacement therapy, or any medicine for osteoporosis currently.
2. undergone with parathyriod hormone or bisphosphonates last year, or received estrogen replacement therapy last half year.
3. suffer from fracture or any disease that influence bone metabolism except osteopenia or osteoporosis.
4. have estrogen dependent cancers or family history of such cancers .
5. suffer from gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, severe chronic diseases and liver or kidney disfunction, melignant tumors .
6. suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery last month.
7. allergy to soy.
8. incompliance.
