研究目的：

基于MLPA-NGS原理，建立服务于急性淋巴细胞白血病基因拷贝数变异、公认有明确临床意义突变位点的检测体系，并参考卫健委“个体化医学检测指南”中实验室自用方法（LDT）的原理，对该检测体系进行性能评估（准确度、重复性、线性范围、分析灵敏度、特异性等）和探针优化。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the principle of MLPA-NGS, a detection system for copy number variation and point mutations of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) was established, and the performance of the detection system was evaluated (accuracy, repeatability, linear range, analysis sensitivity, specificity) with reference to the principle of laboratory developed test(LDT) in "Guidelines for personalized medical testing " issued by National Health Commission.

纳入标准：

参考《儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病诊疗规范（2018 年版）》的指南，经形态学、免疫表型、细胞遗传学检测判断为儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的患者。

Inclusion criteria

According to the guidelines of "Diagnostic and therapeutic criteria for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (2018 Edition)", patients with childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia were judged by morphological, immunophenotypic and cytogenetic tests.

排除标准：

经诊断不是儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的患者；以及不愿意参与本研究的急性淋巴细胞白血病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who were not diagnosed with childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia; and those who were not willing to participate in this study.

对白血病的诊断，依赖于流式细胞术、细胞形态学、核型分析、FISH、aCGH、SNP芯片、定量PCR等的联合应用。

The diagnosis of leukemia depends on the combination of flow cytometry, cell morphology, karyotype analysis, fish, aCGH, SNP chip and quantitative PCR.
