研究目的：

探索基于作息本位模式下“以家庭为中心的”语言治疗在语言发育迟缓儿童中的应用，并初步进行临床疗效观察。 分析基于作息本位模式下“以家庭为中心的”语言治疗的可行性，初步制定该模式下语言治疗的流程及其具体操作细则，发现过程中的具体问题，并寻找解决对策。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of "family-centered" speech therapy in children with language retardation under the routine-based model, and to preliminarily observe the clinical efficacy. This paper analyzes the feasibility of "family-centered" speech therapy based on the routine-based model, preliminarily formulations the process and specific operation rules of speech therapy under this model, finds out the specific problems in the process, and seeks for solutions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

来自福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院康复科门诊及住院患儿,筛选符合纳入标准的语言发育迟缓患儿60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组儿童进行常规的语言治疗干预基础上，配合传统的家庭康复指导；观察组在常规语言治疗干预的基础上，配合以家庭为中心的作息本位模式下的家庭指导，干预时间持续6个月 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

From the third people's hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation outpatient and inpatient, screening into standard of 60 patients with postpartum rectus separation, were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Children in the control group received conventional speech therapy intervention in combination with traditional family rehabilitation guidance. In the observation group, the intervention lasted for 6 months on the basis of routine speech therapy intervention and family guidance under the routine-based mode. 

纳入标准：

① 经严格的诊断评估，符合语言发育迟缓的诊断标准；
② 年龄1-6岁；
③ 患儿无语言发育障碍遗传史和家庭史；
④ 患儿家长同意并能配合治疗达6个月者，同时签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. After rigorous diagnosis and evaluation, it meets the diagnostic criteria for language development delay;
2. Aged 1-6 years;
3. The child has no genetic history and family history of language development disorders;
4. Those whose parents agree and can cooperate with treatment for up to 6 months, and who have signed an informed consent form at the same time.

排除标准：

① 合并其它精神疾病；
② 脏器功能障碍；
③ 患有听力障碍患者；
④ 不合格和资料不全患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other mental illnesses;
2. Organ dysfunction;
3. Patients with hearing impairment;
4. Patients with unqualified and incomplete data.
