研究目的：

评价辨证应用中药汤剂、中药散剂联合“标准三联疗法”提高幽门螺杆菌（HP）根除率、降低HP复发率的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of herbal soup and Chinese medicine powder in improving eradication rate and reducing recurrence rate of Helicobacter Pylori based on standard triple therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

奥美拉唑 由组长单位统一购置 克拉霉素 由组长单位统一购置 阿莫西林 由组长单位统一购置 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Omeprazole Unified purchase Clarithromycin Unified purchase Amoxycillin Unified purch 

纳入标准：

⑴符合慢性胃炎（慢性浅表性胃炎与慢性萎缩性胃炎）诊断标准；
⑵年龄在18-65岁之间；
⑶两种以上不同原理的检测方法均证实HP阳性(检查前两周停止使用PPI，H2RA，铋剂及抗生素)；
⑷常住本地，患者知情同意并愿意接受相应治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet diagnostic criteria of Chronic Gastritis(chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis);
2. To be aged is between 18-65 years old;
3. The result of Helicobacter Pylori testing by over two different principles positive(PPI, H2PA, Bismuth and antibiotics were forbidden two weeks before testing);
4. Local permanent residents, informed consent and accept corresponding treatment.

排除标准：

⑴慢性萎缩性胃炎伴重度异型增生、上消化道出血、消化性溃疡及胃肠道肿瘤者；
⑵有消化系统器质性病变(如慢性胰腺炎、肝硬化等)，或有影响消化道动力的全身疾病(例如:甲亢、糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全、精神和神经系统病变等)；
⑶伴有心肝肾等主要脏器严重病变者、造血系统疾病以及肿瘤等患者（ALT、AST超过2倍正常值）；
⑷2周内使用可能影响HP检测结果的药物(抗酸剂、H2RA、PPI类、铋剂、抗生素等)者；
⑸孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
⑹有神经系统及精神疾病史；
⑺对所用药物有过敏史者；
⑻正在参加其他临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis accompany with severe dysplasia, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, peptic ulcer, gastroenteric tumor;
2. Patients with Gastrointestinal organic diseases(suan as chronic pancreatitis, hepatic cirrhosis etc) or systemic diseases which can affect gastrointestinal power(such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal insufficiency, mental diseases and nerve system diseases etc);
3. Patients with severe heart, hepatic, renal diseases, hematopoietic diseases, and tumor;
4. Patients had used drugs(antiacid, H2RA, PPI, Bismuth and antibiotics) in two weeks which could affect the result of HP testing;
5. Pregnant and Lactating women;
6. With the history of metal or nerve system diseases;
7. With the history of allergic reaction to used drugs;
8. Patients who are taking part in other clinical trials.
