（1） 定义移动医疗资源成功使用 a）描述内蒙古地区医院移动医疗系统状况 b) 从利益攸关者的角度定义移动医疗资源的成功使用 （2）记录移动医疗成功使用率和社会经济决定因素 a) 记录门诊大楼客户密度随时间变化情况 b) 调查移动医疗资源成功使用率 c) 确定社会经济因素和移动医疗资源成功使用的关系 （3）评价扩大移动医疗规模对弥合数字鸿沟的作用 a）评价扩大移动医疗规模对移动医疗资源成功使用的效果 b）评价扩大移动医疗规模对门诊大楼客户密度的影响 c）扩大移动医疗规模对门诊客户满意度的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Objective 1: Define successful mHealth use a) To describe the system of mHealth in hospitals of Inner Mongolia b) To define the successful mHealth use from the stakeholders of mHealth Objective 2: Document the prevalence and socioeconomic determinants of successful mHealth use a) To document the client density of outpatient departments over time b) To examine the prevalence of successful mHealth use among clients in study hospitals in inner Mongolia. c) To identify socioeconomic status factors associated with successful mHealth use. Objective 3: Evaluate the effect of scaling up mHealth to bridge the digital divide a) To assess the effect of scaling up mHealth on the use of mHealth provided by the hospitals. b) To assess the effect of scaling up mHealth on client density in the OPD. c) To assess the effect of scaling up mHealth on client satisfaction in the OPD.
