研究目的：

明确血栓弹力图（TEG）联合凝血象指导肝硬化急性上消化道出血后的优化输血治疗的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the significance of thromboelastography (TEG) combined with blood coagulation test to guide the optimal blood transfusion treatment in liver cirrhosis patients complicated by acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：符合肝硬化与急性上消化道出血诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of liver cirrhosis and acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

排除标准：

（1）在不能配型的情况下，由于白细胞、血小板HLA不合，或对供血者血浆中某种成分过敏而发生反应者；（2）各种免疫性疾病，由于血浆中抗红细胞抗体或补体可损害红细胞而发生溶血反应者；（3）尿毒症，高钾血症及酸中毒患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) In the case of inability to match, the patients complicated with blood transfusion reaction due to incompatibility of white blood cell and platelet HLA, or allergy to a certain component in the donor's plasma; (2) the patients with various immune diseases due to anti-red blood cell antibodies or complement in plasma which can damage red blood cells and cause hemolysis; (3) the patients with uremia, hyperkalemia and acidosis.
