To test the enhancement of hippocampal functional connectivity as an early indicator of cognitive decline and associated with the cognitive outcomes after interventions

纳入标准：

2型糖尿病，发病年龄≥40周岁，入组年龄＜60周岁，教育程度 ≥ 6年，蒙特利尔认知评估量表≥26分

Inclusion criteria

type 2 diabetes mellitus, diagnostic aged 40 to 60 years old, education time >=6 years, Montreal Cognitive Assessment >=26.

排除标准：

心血管事件史（如心梗、心绞痛）；脑血管事件（如脑梗死、脑出血）；糖尿病酮症酸中毒史；48小时内有低血糖发作史（血浆葡萄糖≤ 3.9mmol/L）；脑部外伤和手术史；精神疾病史；色盲；影响血流动力学疾病（甲状腺功能异常、中重度贫血）；酗酒（＞20g酒精/天）；肝肾功能不全（转氨酶大于正常上限2倍，肌酐清除率<60ml/min）；抑郁筛查表PHQ-9 ≥ 10分或焦虑筛查表GAD-7 ≥ 10分；磁共振常规禁忌症（心脏起搏器、体内金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症）

Exclusion criteria：

history of diabetic ketosis or ketoacidosis; hypoglycemia within 48 hours (plasma glucose <=3.9 mmol/L); clinical evidence of a central nervous system disorder (e.g., cerebrovascular disease); history of previous clinical cardiovascular disease (e.g., myocardial infarction, angina); diseases which may have influences on hemodynamics (e.g., hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, anemia); colour-blindness; history of alcohol consumption >20 g a day; history of psychiatric disorders; depression scale PHQ-9 >=10; anxiety scale GAD-7 >=10; or any MRI contraindications
