研究目的：

评价耳迷走神经刺激治疗抑郁症的临床疗效评价，以期为临床治疗抑郁症提供根据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of ear's vagal nerves stimulation for depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合ICD-10诊断标准，符合轻度（2个典型症状＋2个其他核心症状）、中度（2个典型症状＋3个其他核心症状）抑郁症分型标准；
（2）年龄16~70岁；
（3）治疗前2周未使用过抗抑郁药（包括西药和中药）及其他精神病药物者，或已使用但已停止2周者；
（4）文化程度为初中以上；
（5）病程2个月~2年；
（6）志愿参加，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients meeting ICD-10 diagnosis standard: mild (2 typical + 2 other core symptoms), moderate (2 typical+3 other core symptoms);
2. aged 16-70 yrs old;
3. Patients did not take anti-depressive medication or other psychiatric medications 2 weeks before the intervention starts;
4. Education is beyond junior high school;
5. disease course is from 2 months to two years;
6. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

只要具备以下各项之一者， 均属本研究排除对象
（1）年龄＜16岁，或＞70岁；
（2）排除物质依赖的患者；
（3）重度抑郁症患者或有严重自杀倾向患者；
（4）患有严重躯体疾病者；
（5）由于距离远或其他原因不能坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Addicted to drugs;
2. Patients with severe depression or being suicidal;
3. patients with severe Physical disease;
4. Patients with poor compliance.

将治疗仪耳夹夹在耳甲处，20Hz疏密波，波宽≤1ms，电流1mA，强度以忍受而不产生疼痛为准。每次刺激30分钟，每日2次，连续治疗5天，共治疗12周。

Wearing the ear clip producing density wave at 20Hz with less than 1ms’ wave width and 1mA current on auricular concha. The intensity is set according to durability. Each treatment last for 30 min and is carried on twice a day for 5 days per week. Treatment course is 12 weeks.
