研究目的：

1、探索氨甲环酸用于转子间骨折手术的用法用量，观察氨甲环酸应用后输血率的变化； 2、观察转子间骨折术后应用利伐沙班后VTE发生率、引流量和血肿发生率等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring the usage and dosage of tranexamic acid for intertrochanteric fracture surgery, and observing the change of transfusion rate after tranexamic acid application; 2. Observing the incidence of VTE, drainage volume after rivaroxaban application after intertrochanteric fracture The incidence of hematoma and so on.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18 周岁的成年人；2.诊断为转子间骨折且需进行手术治疗的患者；3.麻醉风险等级评分ASA1-3级；4.愿意加入本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults older than 18 years of age;
2. Patients diagnosed with intertrochanteric fractures who require surgery;
3. Anesthesia risk rating scores ASA 1-3;
4. Willing to join the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1、合并PE或DVT的患者；2、明显肝病 (如乙肝、丙肝、急性肝炎, 慢性活动性肝炎, 肝硬化)的患者；3、肌酐清除率 <30 mL/min；4、活动性出血或出血高风险 ；5、收缩压 ＞180 mmHg 或舒张压 ＞110 mmHg；6、未采取避孕措施可能怀孕者、孕妇或哺乳期妇女；7、需同时应用CYP3A4强效抑制剂者；8、后天色觉障碍患者；9、使用凝血酶患者；10、抽搐病史患者；11、有血栓形成倾向的房颤患者、支架植入术后患者、安置心脏起搏器的患者等；12、长期口服抗血小板药物患者；13、长期服用二甲双胍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with PE or DVT;
2. Patients with obvious liver disease (such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, acute hepatitis, chronic active hepatitis, cirrhosis);
3. Creatinine clearance <30 mL/min;
4. Active bleeding or High risk of bleeding;
5. systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg;
6. may not be contraceptive measures may be pregnant, pregnant or lactating women;
7. need to apply CYP3A4 potent inhibitors;
8. acquired color vision Patients with disorders;
9. patients with thrombin;
10. patients with history of convulsions;
11. patients with atrial fibrillation with thrombophilia, patients after stent implantation, patients with cardiac pacemakers, etc.;
12. long-term oral antiplatelet drugs Patient;
13. long-term use of metformin patients.
