从临床试验观察昼夜节律紊乱是否可诱发颈动脉产生动脉粥样硬化病变  

Objectives of Study：

To see whether circadian rhythm disorder can trigger atherosclerosis through clinical trials

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.20-35岁女性
2.至少半年以上的长期规律夜班，明确的白日休息，至少6小时夜间工作情况；
3.无其他神经系统疾患；
4.未服用抗焦虑抑郁药物以及调节睡眠药物；
5.签署知情同意。
6.右利手；

Inclusion criteria

1.20-35 years old female
2.On 6 hours night shift regularly for at least 6 months, rest during daytime for sure
3.Other neural system disease excluded
4.Not taking anxiolytics or anti-depressant drugs or sleep regulating drugs
5.signing informed consent file
6.dextro hand

排除标准：

1.未取得知情同意的；
2.无明显轮班工作的；
3.有焦虑抑郁情况；
4.有失眠症；
5.有经常熬夜；
6.有颅脑外伤、脑卒中、偏头痛等神经系统疾患

Exclusion criteria：

1.not signing informed consent file
2.not on night shift regularly
3.anxiety or depression
4.insomnia
5.stay up regularly
6.neural system diseases ,ex: traumatic brain injury, stroke, migraine
