研究目的：

应用超声技术在术前测量禁水2小时的小儿胃内容物残留量，并探索术前禁饮的时间及清亮液体饮入量与胃内容物残留量的关系；探讨禁饮时间与术后不良反应的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Application of ultrasonic technology in the preoperative measurement of 2 h of water deprivation of pediatric stomach contents residue, and explore the preoperative ban drinking time and clear liquid drink into the relations between the residual quantity and stomach contents; to ban drinking time and incidence of adverse reactions.

纳入标准：

ASA分级≤2、BMI>30kg/m2、在预测面罩通气困难的5个标准中不超过3个标准、不存在严重的消化系统疾病、不存在呼吸系统疾病、不存在神经系统疾病、不存在先天性的疾病、患儿监护人自愿参与课题

Inclusion criteria

ASA is less than or equal to 2, BMI>30kg/m2, in predicting difficult mask ventilation 5 standard does not exceed 3 standard, there is no serious diseases of digestive system, there is no disease of respiratory system, there is no nervous system diseases, there is no problem of voluntary participation of the congenital disease, the children's Guardian

排除标准：

ASA分级≥3、BMI>30kg/m2、在预测面罩通气困难的5个标准中超过3个标准、存在严重的消化系统疾病、存在呼吸系统疾病、存在神经系统疾病、存在先天性的疾病、患儿家属拒绝参与课题。

Exclusion criteria：

ASA is more than or equal to 3, BMI>30kg/m2, in predicting difficult mask ventilation 5 standard more than 3 standard, serious diseases of the digestive system, respiratory system disease, nervous system disease, congenital disease, families of children with refused to participate in the project.
