研究目的：

1.寻找一种疗效更好的治疗神经根型颈椎病根性痛的方法；2.开发超声引导下刃针松解治疗神经根型颈椎病根性痛的超声引导方式、进针入路、松解部位，建立一套标准化的治疗模式用于推广；3.开发感觉神经定量检测仪在神经根型颈椎病疗效评估上的应用方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To find a more effective method for the treatment of radicular pain of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; 2. To develop the ultrasound-guided method, needle approach and release site of blade needle release for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy under the guidance of ultrasound, and establish a set of standardized treatment mode for promotion; 3. To develop the application method of sensory nerve quantitative detector in the evaluation of curative effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

参照国家中医药管理局制定的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》（2017年版）和《中药新药治疗颈椎病临床研究指导原则》（2002年版）中神经根型颈椎病的有关标准：（1）有明显的神经根型颈椎病症状，颈、肩、臂疼痛麻木，向上肢放射，患处感觉和肌力减退，颈部活动时症状加重，颈椎旁压痛，（2）椎间孔挤压试验或臂丛牵拉试验呈阳性；（3）影像学检查发现椎关节明显增生，椎间孔变小，椎间隙变窄。（4）年龄30-75岁，男女不限。（5）符合神经根型颈椎病诊断标准的患者；（6）自愿接受、配合本试验方案，并签署知情同意书。（7）VAS评分大于等于7分。

Inclusion criteria

According to the relevant standards of nerve root type cervical spondylosis in "diagnostic efficacy standard of traditional Chinese medicine" (2017 Edition) and "guiding principle of clinical research on treatment of cervical spondylosis with new Chinese medicine" (2002 Edition) formulated by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine: (1) there are obvious symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, pain and numbness of neck, shoulder and arm, radiation to the upper limbs, decreased sensation and muscle strength of the affected area, and neck movement (2) intervertebral foraminal compression pain was found in the traction test. (4) They are 30-75 years old, male and female.

排除标准：

（1）非神经根型颈椎病者；（2）有严重基础疾病影响周围神经损伤判断者如脑梗、糖尿病、周围神经病等；（3）试验期间接受其它方法治疗，或不按要求治疗，影响观察指标者；（4）合并严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、血液系统疾病，精神疾病，及凝血功能障碍者；（5）不典型颈肩痛的肩手综合症患者。（6）VAS评分小于7分。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with cervical spondylosis of non radiculopathy; (2) patients with serious basic diseases that affect the judgment of peripheral nerve injury, such as cerebral infarction, diabetes mellitus, peripheral neuropathy, etc.; 3) patients who received other treatments during the trial or did not meet the requirements, which affected the observation indexes; (4) patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases, mental diseases, and coagulation dysfunction; (5) Patients with shoulder hand syndrome with atypical neck and shoulder pain. (6) The VAS score was less than 7.
