研究目的：

1.比较急性主动脉综合征复合手术后不同抗凝方案治疗的优缺点 2.为提高临床疗效探讨一种更为可靠的抗凝方案  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the advantages and disadvantages of different anticoagulant therapy after hybrid surgery of acute aortic syndrome 2. To select a more approciate anticoagulation method

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

急性主动脉综合征需要行复合手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with acute aortic syndrome requiring hybrid surgery

排除标准：

1.患者因自身原因不能或者不愿抗凝治疗
2.患者有原发性出血性疾病或者血栓性疾病
3.单纯行腔内治疗或者开胸行全主动脉弓置换术患者
4.各类抗凝药物不敏感的患者
5.不能进行随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients are unable or unwilling to receive anticoagulant therapy due to their own reasons
2. The patient has primary hemorrhagic disease or thrombotic disease
3. Patients who underwent endovascular treatment or thoracotomy for total aortic arch replacement
4. Patients who are not sensitive to anticoagulant drugs
5. Patients who cannot be followed up.
