研究目的：

评估干细胞移植治疗糖尿病的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To observe effectiveness of mesenchyma stem cell for diabetes mellitus and to explore its feasibility ,safety and validity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄16-60岁，性别不限 2.明确糖尿病，合理应用胰岛素或口服血糖控制仍较差者及外源性胰岛素用量较大者 3.同意入选并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Between 16-60 years of age,diagnosed with diabetes mellitus;
2. Measurement of serum C-peptide below normal values;
3. Failure to triple OHA and on stable dose of insulin for at least 3 months;
4. Patients who accept and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

患有肿瘤、HIV阳性，梅毒，活动性肝炎，心脏病、肝肾功不全、妊娠和精神病以及内分泌相关的疾病等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal liver function tests;
2. Seropositivity for HIV,HBVand HCV;
3. History of myocardial infarction or unstable angina in the previous 3 months;
4. History of malignancy;
5. Active infections;
6. Serious mental conditions.
