研究目的：

主要目的： 评价剥脱性点阵激光早期干预剖宫产腹部瘢痕的有效性与安全性。 次要目的： 比较剥脱性点阵激光与外用硅凝胶干预方法的早期及远期效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ablative fractional laser in early intervention of abdominal scar after Cesarean section. Secondary purpose: To compare the early and long-term effects of ablative fractional laser and external silicone gel intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断为剖宫产术后腹部瘢痕病例，年龄18岁-50岁女性；②在本中心行剖宫产手术，采取下腹部横向切口，入组时≤术后42天；③无已知的瘢痕增生或瘢痕疙瘩病史；④未接受过其它瘢痕治疗措施；⑤入组患者充分了解该项为临床实验并自愿签署知情同意书，配合在规定时间内复诊。

Inclusion criteria

① Cases diagnosed as abdominal scar after cesarean section, aged 18 -50 years old female; ② Cesarean section was performed in our center, and transverse incision of lower abdomen was taken, and the admission time was ≤ 42 days after operation; ③ No known history of scar hyperplasia or keloid; ④ Never received other scar treatment measures; ⑤ The patients in the group fully understand that this is a clinical experiment and voluntarily sign an informed consent form, so as to cooperate with the follow-up visit within the specified time.

排除标准：

①对激光存在禁忌症；②对拟使用外用药物中任何成分有过敏史的患者；③ 病灶局部有溃疡、感染、湿疹；④近三个月接受过其他临床试验研究；⑤根据研究者判断，受试者不可信或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are contraindications to laser; ② Patients who have a history of allergy to any components in the drugs to be used for external use; ③ ulcer, infection and eczema were found locally in the lesions. ④ Received other clinical trials in recent three months; ⑤ According to the researcher's judgment, the subjects are untrustworthy or have poor compliance.
