研究目的：

本研究拟通过建立大规模HIV感染者队列，评估HIV合并心血管疾病（CVD）的发病率和危险因素，评估影像学检查的诊断优缺点，并以影像学诊断为基础，筛选早期CVD的生物标志物，建立HIV感染者CVD诊断策略，更精确地预测心血管事件并开展干预手段，实现心血管疾病的精准医疗。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the incidence and risk factors of HIV combined with cardiovascular disease (CVD)througgh a large-scale HIV infected cohort, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of imaging diagnosis, screen biomarkers of early CVD based on imaging diagnosis. Thus establishing CVD diagnosis strategy for HIV infected people, predict cardiovascular events more accurately and carry out intervention means, so as to achieve cardiovascular disease Precision medicine.

纳入标准：

HIV感染者入选标准：
年龄18-65周岁；
HIV血清抗体阳性；
自愿签署知情同意书；
对照组入选标准：
年龄18-65周岁；
HIV血清抗体阴性；
自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for HIV infected persons:
18-65 years old;
HIV serum antibody was positive;
Signing the informed consent voluntarily;
Inclusion criteria of control group:
18-65 years old;
HIV serum antibody was negative;
Signing the informed consent voluntarily;

排除标准：

心血管疾病的流行病学调查：
合并意识障碍，不能完成问卷调查
心血管疾病的影像学研究：
严重肾功能不全；
目前患有甲状腺功能亢进；
曾有对含碘造影剂过敏的病史；
目前患有重症肌无力；
妊娠；
严重心肺疾病：肺动脉高压，支气管哮喘，心力衰竭，甘草热和荨麻疹等；
一般情况很差，如恶性肿瘤晚期，全身衰竭者；
带有心脏起搏器；
体内有金属，如假肢、弹片、止血夹、人工心瓣膜、固定用钢板、螺钉、人工股骨头等；
生物标志物研究：
严重或不稳定的肝、肾及造血系统等疾病，包括活动性肝炎HBV，HCV等；
HIV感染过程中出现机会性感染（国家艾滋病诊疗指南规定）或AIDS相关恶性肿瘤；
合并活动性自身免疫性疾病，不明原因的发热等；
存在严重肝功损害、血脂血糖异常及其他代谢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Epidemiological survey of cardiovascular diseases:
Combined with consciousness disorder, unable to complete the questionnaire survey.
Imaging study of cardiovascular disease:
Severe renal insufficiency;
Currently suffering from hyperthyroidism;
Have a history of allergy to iodized contrast media;
Currently suffering from myasthenia gravis;
Pregnancy;
Serious cardiopulmonary diseases: pulmonary hypertension, bronchial asthma, heart failure, licorice fever and urticaria, etc;
General condition is very bad, such as late stage of malignant tumor, systemic failure;
With pacemaker;
There are metals in the body, such as prosthesis, shrapnel, hemostasis clip, artificial heart valve, fixed steel plate, screw, artificial femoral head, etc;
Biomarker research:
Serious or unstable diseases of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, including active hepatitis, HBV, HCV, etc;
During the course of HIV infection, opportunistic infection (according to the National AIDS diagnosis and treatment guidelines) or AIDS related malignant tumors appear;
Combined with active autoimmune diseases, fever of unknown cause, etc.;
There are serious liver function damage, abnormal blood lipid and blood glucose and other metabolic diseases.
