研究目的：

探索Graves眼病诊断的血清分子标志物，为早期预测诊断GO的发生提供可能性，使GO的高危患者获得早期干预，从而能够最大程度挽救GO患者的视力。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the biomarker of the Graves ophthalmopathy(GO),which make the early diagnosis of the GO possible,to treat the GO patients earlier and save the visual function of the patients as much as possible.

纳入标准：

明确诊断的Graves眼病和Graves病的患者

Inclusion criteria

patients with Graves ophthalmopathy or Graves dieases

排除标准：

患有系统性疾病，包括风湿免疫性疾病，糖尿病等；有眼眶炎症性疾病或眼外伤的患者

Exclusion criteria：

patients with systemic disease,including Rheumatic immune disease,diabetes,etc.and orbital inflammatory disease or orbital trauma
