研究目的：

本项目拟通过随机对照研究证实QFR在指导高龄ACS患者非罪犯病变介入治疗中的指导价值。最终为高龄ACS患者非罪犯病变的介入治疗提供一种规范化的评价手段，在有效降低医疗支出的情况下提高患者远期的生存率及生存治疗，减少心脏不良事件的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of QFR guided non-criminal artery PCI in elder patients with elder acute coronary syndrome patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄≥75岁；
2.诊断为急性冠脉综合征
3.经冠脉造影证实除罪犯病变外非罪犯血管目测狭窄50-90%；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age≥75 years old.
2.Diagnosed as acute coronary syndrome.
3.Non-criminal artery stenosis between 50% to 90% which is confirmed by coronary angiography.

排除标准：

1.合并心源性休克的患者；
2. 拒绝或无法完成冠脉造影术的患者；
3. 冠脉造影证实合并左主干病变的患者；
4. 其他系统严重合并症，预期寿命<1年的患者；
5. 两度及更严重的房室传导阻滞未装永久起搏器者；
6. 不能耐受双联抗血小板药物治疗的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patient with cardiac shock.
2.Patient can't proceed coronary angiography.
3.Patient with left main lesion confirmed by coronary angiography.
4.Expectation of life less than 1 year.
5.II AV block or III AV block without pacemaker protection.
6.Patient can't tolerant double antiplatelet therapy.
