研究目的：

以安慰剂和阳性药对照评价散寒止痛的常用外用贴膏复方南星止痛膏对膝骨关节炎的止痛效果，为膝骨关节炎疼痛选用外用贴膏的治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the analgesic efficacy of Compound Nanxing Pain Paste for cold dampness arthralgia of rheumatic arthritis by the placebo and positive medication control.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

伤湿解痛膏 独活 100g 白芷 100g 生川乌 75g生草乌 50g 桂皮 75g 芥子 25g王不留行 37.5g 生天南星 25g 半夏 15g姜黄 50g 苍术 25g 香加皮 25g艾叶 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在40～70岁之间；
2、符合膝骨关节炎诊断；
3、中医辨证为寒湿痹阻证；
4、VAS评分：VAS≥2；
5、自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 40-70 years, male pr female;
2. Diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis;
3. Diagnosed as cold dampness arthralgia by traditional Chinese medicine;
4. VAS Score >=2;
5. With the informed consent signed.

排除标准：

1、合并有严重心血管(如心肌梗死、心力衰竭、严重心力衰竭等)、肺部(如肺功能不全等)、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等疾病的患者；
2、本身患有关节炎症表现的疾病,如类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风(发作期)；
3、患有并发症影响到关节的疾病,如牛皮癣、梅毒性神经病、褐黄病、代谢性骨病、急性创伤等；
4、4周内接受过糖皮质激素治疗者(但接受糖皮质激素治疗剂量稳定至少4周又复发者除外)；
5、2周内使用过非甾类消炎止痛药治疗者(但接受过非甾类消炎止痛药治疗剂量稳定至少2周又发作者除外)；
6、孕妇或哺乳期妇女或精神病患者；
7、有外用贴膏过敏史；
8、正在参加其他药物临床试验的受试者；
9、研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal hematopoietic disorders;
2. Arthralgia caused by other diseases: such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout (onset);
3. Arthralgia resulted from other diseases: such as psoriasis, syphilopsychosis, ochronosis, metabolic bone disease, acute injury;
4. Accepted glucoticoid medication within 4 weeks;
5. Accepted non－steroidalanti－inflammatorydrugs medication within 2 weeks;
6. regnant or breast-feeding women or mental disorder;
7. Alleric to external applied paste;
8. Participating in other trials at the same time;
9. Other conditions are inproper for the trial.
