研究目的：

研究接受半髋关节置换术或PFNA的老年股骨粗隆间骨折（IFF）患者的基本信息，通过改良的Evans分型系统进行骨折的分类，研究不同类型IFF接受手术类型的差异性，探究半髋关节置换术和PFNA适用的骨折分型。通过ASA分级和Singh指数对患者接受手术的风险和骨质条件进行分析。通过对比术后不同时间点的血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白的变化情况，分析不同术式下患者的在院康复速度。同时查阅护理记录，研究不同术式的患者早期下地负重的情况。通过电话、门诊等随访方式，调查患者髋关节康复情况及生存情况，利用Harris评分表对关节功能进行量化分析，绘制生存曲线研究远期生存情况。揭示半髋关节置换术与PFNA在治疗IFF的疗效差异，将半髋关节置换术治疗老年IFF的研究引向深入。  

Objectives of Study：

This study analyzed the basic information of elderly patients with intertrochanteric femural fracture (IFF) who received hemiarthroplasty or PFNA, classified fractures through the modified Evans classification system, analyzed the differences in different Evans types of IFF surgery, and explored the fracture classification for hemiarthroplasty and PFNA. The risk and bone quality of IFF patients were analyzed by ASA classification and Singh index respectively. The recovery speed of patients during hospitalization was analyzed via comparing the changes of hemoglobin, total protein, and albumin at different days after surgery. At the same time, the nursing records was used to study the early weight-loading situation of patients. Through telephone, outpatient and other follow-up methods, the patient's hip rehabilitation and survival were investigated, and the Harris score scale was used to quantify the joint function. The survival curve was drawn to analysis the long-term survival. It reveals the difference of hemiarthroplasty and PFNA in the treatment of IFF and may have contribution to the clinical guidence.

纳入标准：

纳入盛京医院第四骨科于2016年至2020年收治的65岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折的患者。入组患者在当时必须是首次接受关节置换或PFNA手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

In this retrospective study, we analyzed the elderly IFF patients above 65 year-old who were admitted to the Fourth Orthopedics Department of Shengjing Hospital from 2016 to 2020. All patients received the treatment of hemiarthroplasty or PFNA for the first time. The choice of hemiarthroplasty or PFNA was dependent on the patient status and preference of the surgeon. All surgery procedures were performed by the same senior surgeon and his team.

排除标准：

1.开放骨折、病理性骨折或者既往有股骨粗隆间骨折的病史
2.股骨粗隆间骨折合并多发性损伤
3.局部或全身感染
4.恶性肿瘤骨转移
5.术后失访问
6.未获得知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for the study:(1)open fracture, pathological fracture and IFF history;(2)IFF with multiple injuries;(3)Local or systemic infection;(4)malignant tumor bone metastases;(5)loss to follow-up;(5)failed to obtain informed consent
