研究目的：

为了研究中国急性冠脉综合征病人的流行病学，诊治情况及其预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the epidemiology, management and outcome of Chinese patients with acute coronary syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病人年龄大于等于18岁。
2.作出口头同意并遵守与研究程序，30天及6个月随访。
3.以急性冠脉综合征作为初步诊断，并且有持续急性缺血的症状，并且有至少以下一项表现：心电图有急性冠脉综合征的连续改变或者有心肌坏死的血清生化指标，和/或有其他诊断手法及记录显示有冠状动脉疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients at least 18 years old;
2. Able to give verbal consent and comply with study procedures and 30-day and 6 months follow-up;
3. ACS as a presumptive diagnosis and have symptoms consistent with acute ischemia in addition to at lease one of the following: electrocardiographic changes consistent with ACS, serial increases in serum biochemical markers of cardiac necrosis, and/or documentation of coronary artery disease.

排除标准：

1.患者小于18岁。
2.不能给予口头同意。
3.由于非心脏原因，预期寿命<6个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients under 18 years old;
2. Inability of give verbal consent;
3. Expected life expectancy <6 months DUE to non-cardiac causes.
