研究目的：

评价蒙医心身互动疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian mind-body interaction therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 诊断为寻常型银屑病（诊断依据为中国《银屑病诊疗指南》），以在寻常型银屑病严重程度不限；
2) 研究对象0岁-60岁，性别不限，有能力备孕的女性患者愿意在临床研究期间进行避孕者；
3) 病程小于5年；
4) 银屑病生活应激量表（PLSI）小于20分（18岁以上患者），又或者银屑病生活应激量表（PLSI）大于20分（18岁以上患者），但是病程小于2年；
5) 自愿参加本次临床研究并签署知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris (based on the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris), with unlimited severity of psoriasis vulgaris;
2. The subjects were 0-60 years old, with no gender limit, who were willing to use contraception during the clinical study;
3. Patients with disease course less than 5 years;
4. Psoriasis Life Stress Scale (plsi) is less than 20 points (patients over 18 years old), or the Psoriasis Life Stress Scale (plsi) is greater than 20 points (patients over 18 years old), but the course of disease is less than 2 years.
5. Patients who voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 其他会影响研究结果的皮肤病（如湿疹）；
2) 有严重感染者；
3) 1周以内服用过抗生素类药物者；
4) 2周以内进行过紫外线B光疗（UVB）者，4周以内进行过步骨脂素紫外光疗（PUVA）；
5) 在2个月以内进行过任何类型的生物抑制治疗；
6) 在1个月内使用过皮质醇类药物，治疗牛皮癣的药物，以及消炎药等；
7) 2周内接受过蒙药，中药或其他传统药物治疗，以及参加过蒙医心身互动治疗的患者，需要停止2周以上才可参加本次研究；
8) 恶性肿瘤患者；
9) 有严重心脏病，肝肾功能异常的患者；
10) 孕期妇女或备孕者；
11) 以及近期参加了其他临床研究或正在参加其他临床研究者；
12) 精神病的现状或病史，会影响到遵守研究协议或给予知情同意的情况。酒精或药物滥用的历史，影响到遵守研究协议的情况；
13) 以及由医生判断的任何一种影响研究结果的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other skin diseases (such as eczema) that may affect the results of the study;
2. Patients with severe infection;
3. Patients who have taken antibiotics within 1 week;
4. The patients who had been treated with UVB within 2 weeks and those who had been treated with PUVA within 4 weeks;
5. Patients who have received any type of biological inhibition therapy within 2 months;
6. Patients who have used cortisol drugs, psoriasis drugs and anti-inflammatory drugs within one month;
7. Patients who have received Mongolian medicine, traditional Chinese medicine or other traditional medicine treatment within 2 weeks, and those who have participated in psychosomatic interaction therapy of Mongolian medicine need to stop for more than 2 weeks before they can participate in this study.
8. Patients with malignant tumor;
9. Patients with severe heart disease and abnormal liver and kidney function;
10. Pregnant women or pregnant patients;
11. Patients who have recently participated in or are participating in other clinical studies;
12. The patient's medical history or mental illness will affect the patient's compliance with the protocol. History of alcohol or drug abuse that affects compliance with the study protocol;
13. As well as any other circumstances that affect the results of the study as judged by the doctor.
