Objectives of Study：

To eveluate safty and efficacy of Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in patients with Parkinson's disease

纳入标准：

所有诊断均符合2006年中华医学会神经病学分会运动障碍及帕金森病组制订的诊断标准，排除其他神经系统变性
疾病和无其他系统重大疾病

Inclusion criteria

The subiects were in accordance with diagnostic criteria of dyskinesia and Parkinson’s disease, formuIated by Chinese Medjcal Association，Neurology Branch in 2006, Exclude other degenerative diseases of the nervous system and no other major diseases.

排除标准：

1.高度过敏体质或者有严重过敏史者;2.合并恶性肿瘤;3.全身感染或局部严重感染;4.合并发心 肺 肝 肾等重要脏器的功能障碍;5.凝血功能障碍，如血友病;6.血清学检查阳性者，如艾滋病、乙肝、梅毒等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Highly allergies or a history of severe allergic; 2.Malignant tumor; 3.Systemic infection or severe localized infection; 4.Merger hair cardiopulmonary liver and kidney dysfunction of vital organs; 5.Coagulation disorders,such as hemophilia; 6.Serological tests positive，Such as AIDS, hepatitis B, and syphilis.
