研究目的：

异基因造血干细胞移植后易出现急性移植物抗宿主病，其中容易累及的器官是胃肠道、皮肤和肝脏，常见症状为腹痛腹泻、皮疹和肝脏损害。常规处理为激素治疗，在治疗后发现，有部分患者除了腹泻，其余的GVHD症状均好转或治愈。对于这些患者腹泻的病因，若为GVHD未治愈，则应进一步免疫抑制；若腹泻是由于长期免疫抑制导致的感染，则应抗感染。不同的病因选择的治疗方式截然不同，因此，本研究欲探究此类患者aGVHD后迁延不愈腹泻病因中感染的重要性。  

Objectives of Study：

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is prone to acute graft-versus-host disease. The organs that are easily affected are the gastrointestinal tract, skin, and liver. Common symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea, rash, and liver damage. Routine treatment is hormonal therapy. After treatment, it was found that in some patients, except for diarrhea, the symptoms of GVHD were improved or cured. For the cause of diarrhea in these patients, if GVHD is not cured, further immunosuppression should be performed; if diarrhea is an infection caused by long-term immunosuppression, anti-infection should be resisted. The treatment options for different etiologies are quite different.Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the importance of infection in the etiology of delayed diarrhea after aGVHD in such patients.

纳入标准：

本研究纳入了aGVHD后诊断为持续性腹泻的患者。aGVHD后腹泻时间延长定义为:1)aGVHD治疗7天后腹泻未改善或2)aGVHD治疗后腹泻改善，aGVHD治疗后腹泻加重或3)其他部位aGVHD完全缓解(CR)，但aGVHD治疗后腹泻仍存在。

Inclusion criteria

The patients diagnosed as prolonged diarrhea after aGVHD were enrolled in this study. Prolonged diarrhea after aGVHD was defined as 1) diarrhea that did not improve after 7 days of aGVHD treatment or 2) diarrhea that improved after aGVHD treatment, then worsened during aGVHD treatment or 3) aGVHD obtained complete remission (CR) in other sites but diarrhea still existed after aGVHD treatment.

排除标准：

如果患者有腹泻，但没有aGVHD病史，则排除。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients were excluded if they had diarrhea but not the history of aGVHD.
